Lowering my road glide

This question comes up every month or more and there are always lots of people touting the lowering blocks. If you want to risk your life or risk damaging your bike, go with those cheap blocks. Maybe you will spin the wheel right and not have anything happen, but I won't take the risk.
Go to http://bitchinbaggers.com/products/drop-shocks/
I have used this company twice and your shocks will come back better than new, still ride as good as they did (or better) and best of all will be lowered to the height YOU want, set up for your weight, passenger weight, how you ride and will do it safely and properly.
Never ceases to amaze me that people will plunk down 20 G's and more for the super custom Street Glide or whatever with all the accessories they can hang on it then put on 2 bit lowering blocks.

been using la choppers lowering blocks for years with no problem, next season i want to get bitchen baggers to lower my shocks then the blocks will come off. not sure what year your bike is but if mean city seats could do the super narrow on your seat i would try that first. they did my seat on my 2012 road glide custom and i swear i gained to inches lower to the ground. cant say enough good things about the folks at mc seats.

lower ride
i have the arnott air ride and they do everything i wanted
they are the more expensive way to go but for parking and backing
hit the switch there you are.get back on the road and choose what
height you want .I've had these for about 3 yrs and don't really have
any complaints they ride about like the stock 12" shocks.

Thank you all for all the answers. I want to lower it because I am only 5 foot 8 and can only put my toes on the ground, don't give a **** about looking cool just want to be sure footed when I stop. My glide is a 09 and I love the way it rides I went from a heritage to the glide and will never look back. Was hoping with a 12 inch shock and next year a lower front end it will be perfect. Again Thank you all.....
