When I lived in Toronto, I rode year-around...because I was stupid.
Now I live where it is warm- smarter?

Spent 27 yrs in Rochester, NY. Always hated putting the bike up for winter, so I feel for all you guys.

Here in GA it's obviously better weather and there's always a sunny day you can ride, even if it's cold out. Of course "cold" here during the day is somewhere in the 40's or 50's, nothing like the single digit temps up north.

Good luck guys. Don't forget there's always a trailer and a highway headin' South!

Sorry for you guys.
Fall color rides are in down here right now.
I'll give someone a wave for you.

Don't remember getting any sympathy from y'all this summer when I was ridding in the 100's. I ride if it ain't raining, temps be damned. Rode all last winter and it was a cold one here, several days with highs in the teens and 20's. Will continue as long as I and the bike are able.

I'm in Maine and any day with a temperature that starts with a 5 is a riding day.

Oh I do understand. I lived in Ohio for about 40 of my 61 years. That's why I now live in Nc (since 2004.) I do feel your pain though .

Sad days ahead for many of us Northern-tier riders, but I can think of worse things so...feel blessed.
