Solo versus full I never noticed much a difference at all. I have had both...I run the Sundowner on my Dyna and did my street glide. I just picked up a new 2015 Road Glide Special and ordered my sundowner for it. My wife, although she is a rider, likes to just take the back seat since she has knee issues a lot so I ordered the 2 up version.

the main attraction for the 2 piece is choice. You can easily hide a scratched fender with a rear position bib, giving your scoot that badass solo look, and then replace the bib with the rear when you want 2 up. Can even take the pillion with you in your bags if your solo and pick up a good time.

Last thing. Many harley dealers have a seat trial program where you can go down and install a sample seat for a test drive. WELL worth the time to ensure you like the fit before shelling out the cash. If they have the seats with the orange writing hanging on the wall, then put it on a take a small spin to see if you like it.
