Do you have those items already being shipped? There are much better 4 channel amps than the PBR300x4 that are less expensive. Even two PBR300x2's are better than the single 4 channel amp. And with staying with the stock size speakers, you're missing out on some better 6.5 inch speakers that are easily installed with adapters like this. http://www.ebay.com/itm/SPEAKER-ADAP...8ad518&vxp=mtr. I don't know the specs on either your amp or speaker choice, but they need to match i.e. no 2 ohm speaker on a 4 ohm amp. It's your money, but there are some tried and true combo's out there that are at least as cost effective and sound better. Just take a long read at the audio forum and you'll find many that have asked about an initial install as you're doing here. Six months later they aren't happy and change things again, myself included. I don't want to come off like I'm trying to tell you what to do, but believe me that for about $250 (including the adapters already mentioned) you can get this
in addition to your lids and you won't need to upgrade any more. You should post your question in the audio forums, there are some knowledgeable guys over there.

Hmmm, some of my reply didn't post. These speakers are a good deal.

what you've got coming is a FAR cry better than stock no doubt.. I too have been around and involved in custom audio since the 80s and you're right RF/Kicker/Hifonics/Alpine/JBL/MB Quart/etc. were all good stuff back then. Still are. What John was referring to with amp is the PBR300x4 is a very under powered amp. Good amp but lacks enough power to bring what you have for speakers to life.
