Default Don't forget to bring the monkey in tonight

It looks like baggers all across America are for the most part staying in the last few days. It appears that the entire country is covered up in a massive, early cold wave which contains a lot of snow and ice if you are in the northern regions. If you are fortunate enough to be in the southern tier of states, no falling weather, just bitter cold.
Cover up your "goodies" men if you decide to take a ride.

Lucky bugger! It was foggy this morning, cloudy all day, struggling to get into the high '60s! No beach ride today!

No, about 60 minutes N of PHX you hit 5000' and keeping climbing. Flagstaff is about 8000'.

So you get out early, cover up from the sun and head for the hills...ride the piney woods on the Mogollon Rim and stay cool.

head back down after dark.

temperatures typically drop 2ºC for every 1000' of elevation.

I live at 1400', so a trip to Flag gets me cooler by about 20ºF

Nope, just get up early and head up to the mountains. Never heard of putting our bikes away here.
