Last winter, I installed the CCE upper triple tree, which includes new tubes. I added Race Tech Springs and new valves. About $1k in parts. This produced a major improvement in low and high speed handling. The front end is much more precise. I recommend it to anyone with an 09-13.
This winter, I'm doing the comp upgrade, changing my V&H ProPipe for a SuperTrap Supermeg (quieter), and may finally add 89 cc S&S head. I'll probaly wimp out and pay a someone to do the heads.
Out of curiosity, what are the competitors to the Fuel Moto 107" kit? Anyone have experience with anything else? I've dealt with FM before and had a great experience, just wondering who competes with their kit? thanks, sv
I don't have a kit yet, but check out dragos bike works Diablo kits. Give Frank Dragos a call
Then move South, no never mind, we dont want yankees down here lol
Would never get me in the south my friend... I love the four seasons... I don't complain when one ends and the next one begins... Harley weather turns into nice scenic cool air and fall scented rides... then into deer season, then to ice fishing and snowmobiles, then riding season again in late April early May... NY is a shithole of a state for politics, but weather-wise, I love it..
