Used CVO

msrp on my 2013 was $32,999.
not all the rushmore bikes are twin cooled. and the only cvo roadglide this year is the ultra which is twin cooled, but you can always get the roadglide standard or special which do not have lowers, but are 'rushmore' bikes.

I just picked up a 12 CVORGC it had 17k on it but its bone stock and I just happen to stop by the dealer right after it was traded in and was able to negotiate it down to $25.5k convincing them they are just flipping the bike w/o any investment but a quick inspection and a detail. I did buy the 3 year ext warr including tires, so Im covered all around.
BTW its called candy cobalt and twilight blue, not black although it looks black depending on how you look at it.
As far as is a CVO worth it, IMO I have a 07 RG with a 124/121 103. I have over $50k in it and most of that is for parts since I do my own work other that someone doing the motors. For me the 12 is exactly how I wanted a bike, nice *** paintm blk/chrome everything, 110, sounds. I got it all for the price of a new regular RG but 2 things swayed me to this CVO. 1) The mysterious sunglow was nice but within 18 months every 5th bike will probably be that color, and 2) I would have had to sink at least another $10k to get it suitable to my liking.
I rode the bike almost 400 miles home from the dealer and loved every second of how the 110 ran and how the new frame is light years improvement over the 07, and its almost as fast as my 07 OUT OF THE BOX.

Ah, would you be interested in buying a bridge?

Most bikers don't buy motorcycles as an investment but what a plus. Most 2009 CVO Road Glides around here are going for 24K to 26K depending on miles and conditions. Last time I looked, retail on 2012's was right around $30,500, but sell for more. Both don't last long on the floor.

very nice. i like the brown too. but then again, the black/white is very sharp. ah hell, the blue is the best. no, wait, gold/green rocks, the green looks black until the light hits it just right. the silver/anny is an awesome combo......
ah hell, they're all exceptional paint. the moco did it right in 2012 and 13.....
my suggestion is to get the one that speaks to you the most, or that you get the best deal on (and $31k is not a good deal, imo. msrp was $32,999 in 2013, probably a little less in 2012), color be damned. unless it just makes you puke that is.
