I keep hearing people talk about this. Do I want one?

its Screaming Eagle Race Tuner.... since you have stage II donre im sure you wont need it

sert is a down load to your ecm, that enhances factory fuel air settings

Is this something that attaches to the bike like a power commander or is it just a download.

It is a fuel management component that has the ability to store a calibration/map that will flash the ECM with the variables setwithin the map for tuning purposes.
