Just bought a set of 2014 takeoffs on Ebay for my 2011 FLHTK for $75.00. I will give a report after I install them. The difference in the way the rear suspension felt was the first thing I noticed when I rode a Rushmore, so I have high hopes here.

If it's a 13" off a touring bike it will be the same shock you have.

Looking forward to your opinion. It is my understanding that Harley reviewed every part on the Rushmore project. I would bet that parts were updated, some slightly, that we don't know about.
The Rushmore RK have the same shocks as the 11 does.
The part number on the 14 and up Limited is 54000036. The part number on the 2009-13 is touring bikes is 54565-09. I might be pissing up a rope here but I felt the difference when I rode a Rushmore. It was the first thing I commented on when I brought the bike back. I'll know by next weekend.

The new 14-15 touring bikes use the same back frame, swing arm, bushings, shocks etc as the 2009 models. The difference is the new 49mm front forks and the premium hand adjustable rear shocks supplied on some models.

There are changes to the motor mount points on the frame in addition to the frames steering head.
