Growls in a lean

A "Lean issue" from years ago:
I remember when I was a kid, my Great Uncle would lean way over in the chair to one side and really let one rip - long and loud. Then He would exclaim "Speak to me, sweet lips!" Whenever we would see the lean get started, we knew it was time to leave the room!
However, going down the road in the middle of 3 up in a pickup truck with Uncle, all you could do was suffer as you chimed in chorus "Speak to me, sweet lips".
Sometimes He would hit you with the "One cheek sneak", also referred to as "SPD" (Silent but deadly). Your only recourse then was to suffer and sing along with Him with tears in your eyes...
