Mine did exactly as you described. Two up, leaning left mostly. Rear tire with 6,000 miles was badly cupped. If you look at it from the right side of the bike looking at the front edge you will see it.

Yup. I added a little more PSI to my stock Dunlops and it helped me live with them for a couple of thousand more miles. MC II now and love them.

I worried about this recently too. Didn't sound exactly like tires, but only did it in the turns. Cupping / wear was there but not noticeably bad. On a lift, the bearings felt fine.

It was the tires ... Very happy now.

That sounds like my next step. Can I ask, what pressure did you start with, and how much did you add? I am at 38 front, 40 rear right now. I am gonna try 40/42 tomorrow, but would love to hear what worked for you.

Sure. I think I put in 1 or 2lbs more than the max on the side wall on each tire. It is a biotch both reading the spec and getting a air chuck on the wheels (Mags on a FLTRU) so I do run her up on my jack to both read and fill. I use a hose extension on the valve stem. I have a pressure gauge as part of the chuck and bleed down to the 1 to 2 over. I lose a little PSI when I unscrew the extension hose from the valve stem.
