Default Possible Brake Issue

Just got back from a weekend trip. Noticed a noise coming from front end. At slow speeds I hear a noise like a possible light scraping issue. Its making a sound every revolution of tire. Faster I go the faster noise gets until speed is up enough you can't hear it. Can I assume I need brake pads? Possible rotors too? Is there something else it could possibly be? I ride a 2012 Street Glide. It has 22,000 miles on it. First time I have kept a bike long enough that may need a brake job. Lol!

Check the wheel bearings if they have never been changed.

When you hear that noise and apply the brakes, even lightly, does the noise change or go away?

Brakes or bearings...gotta be one or the other. Best to get both checked as any one fails = bad juju!

I haven't noticed when I apply brakes. I will go for a ride around block tomorrow to see if I notice a difference.

Mine drug after I did my brakes so I took everything back off, cleaned real good, put some brake grease on the pads and anti seize on the pin and it's pretty quiet now

Went around the block today. Seems noise is a little quieter when brakes are lightly applied. Is there a good place to buy rotors other than dealership? Is there a particular rotor that works other than the stock rotors.
