RE: WOW - light up your day/nite - SILVERSTARS on an '05 Ultra - SIMPLE upgrade
Dave, thanks for the post. I was about to go HID on my '07 Ultra. The lighting on my last ride (K1200LT BMW) was criminal, only upgrade to HID or Aux lighting (mostly PIAA's) fixed the problem. BMW failed to rectifiy the proble to this day. I really never had any problemns with my previous Harley's, but got used to the HID. It appears the Silverstars at 4100K are just as good and far less ($$$$) expensive. thanks for the investigative work.

Hey Dave,
Jerry from KY here, I already have the H4ST in my headlight, and had already switched all 3 lights to the new style that came out in 05. I just did not know the 880ST bulbs would fit in the spots. Thanks.
BTW, your package arrived today, I had to get up this afternoon and leave for work, where I am now. (Damn 12 hour night shifts...[:@][:@][:@]) So, I will open the package tomorrow. Thanks for fast shipment.

Thanks! I replaced the headlamp on my 05 ultraweeks ago using the silverstar. Now it bugged me that my spots didn't match. Did a search and ran a few posts here for a solution. Didn't get any responses. Thanks for coming through!
