Default Damaged front fender - advice?

Hey y'all,
Got a bit of damage to my 2006 Street Glide and am trying to figure out the best course of action to fix it.
Would it be more cost effective to have a shop repair and repaint the fender or try and find a replacement? What years / models will fit on my 2006?
Thanks for the advice guys!

A fender tip light and trim like the FLHTK has might cover it up.

A couple years ago I had to buy a new fender. It is 2 tone with pin stripe. From the dealer it was somewhere around $600 ready to bolt on. I think the SG fender may be a little cheaper and single color would also be cheaper. 2 years inflation may trump that though. I have no idea what repair costs may be though.

the H-D street stalker fender can be a nice swap- you'd have to match paint

some riders use a fatboy fender ( crash bar interference possible), either of these would need billet adapter blocks to mount up.

other wise it's find a take off ( and you just might in the same paint)

a touring fender from 1983 to 2013 will mount up to your front end

or a body guy could dolly that out and cover with a trim piece as suggested above.

some sun damage on your tire- how old?

I would look on ebay, I would be surprised if you couldn't find one that would fit and be the color you need. Is that Black Pearl? If so I think I am going to replace mine in the very near future, if you don't find one before then let me know and we can work out something for mine.

I wouldn't be happy with anything but a new painted HD fender.

Mkguitar- I bought the bike about 3 months ago and it is garage kept. I'm not sure how long they were on the bike before. Is the sun damage something to be concerned about?

Machiavelli- I've been looking in eBay but every fender I find in black pearl is also damaged... Haha
What time frame are you looking at before replacing your fender?

Klock Werks. I'm going to get one for my Road King.
Lots of fenders like what you have now on eBay also for $89 and up. From the pictures, they look exactly like stock but unpainted. I wouldn't repair that, throw it out.

You may want to look at this website. They do repair work as well.
