Default Matazu CVO style bag extensions

Anyone have these? How is the quality and fit?

Thus far, the matazu items I bought have had slight issues. The lowers had to be trimmed to fit, and the rivets popped right out of the mounting plate for the chopped backrest pad. Both were easily fixed, and relatively inexpensive.

The CVO style bag extensions are almost $200, which is double what I paid for their other products. I'm ok with having to modify to fit to save some $ but I want to make sure they fit flush at least on the visible sides before I drop the cash.

Any experience or pics?

Well, I guess nobody has these. I bit the bullet and ordered a set, I'll post a review once I get them.

The fit is good, Just get your holes drilled in the correct places.
The only issue I had with these was that you could see a couple of small round indents on the sides which I assume was from the mold. Just a touch of filler and they are straight. Might not be a big deal or even noticed by most people??

I'm interested in these as well. I have the fairing lowers from them and they were very good quality. I used harley mounting hardware the the fit and finish was great.

For that much you might as well get the bags from Eastern Performance for $340 and paint to match and benefit from the extra room.

I actually thought about that, but I am out of blue paint, but have a bunch of silver left (my bag bottoms are silver). Ended up getting them for $172 shipped. I am going to call on Monday to see if they will give me a credit, as they give a road glide forum discount (10%)

The bag extensions arrived last Friday, and the sent me the wrong one. I got a set for a right pipe only. There customer service was awesome, and promptly sent me a tracking number to send me a left side with a cout out.

I got the left side today, and went to work on them. Quality is not too bad, but the right side had 2 small divots in it. I prepped, sanded and filled the divots, sanded the filler smooth, and got them primed. Wil get them painted in the next couple
