Made some custom breather bolts and welded AN fittings to the ends.
Ran hose to catch can down behind primary on left side of bike.

If you are asking if the Stealth External Breather System (at this LINK) will work with that air cleaner....

It will, but you will need to cut the stand-off on it down, the exact amount of the thickness of the banjo & washers part of the Stealth Breather.

While your air cleaner is not what they were designed for, with this minimal fab work, your air cleaner can work with them.

Will this work on a 2000 RK, carbureted?

Not sure what "this" is.

If you have the air cleaner you linked previously, then any of the EBS's I mentioned previously will work with that air cleaner on a 2000 RK, carbed.

Are you guys using typical fuel line? The Gates fuel line available locally is rated at:

Temperature rating: -40°F to 257°F (-40°C to 125°C) with gasoline blends

Seems like a higher temp rating would be better given the close proximity to the cylinders and exhaust.

I used fuel line I bought at advanced auto and some vacuum/heater hose plastic elbows. No issues so far and I think temps at the top of an enclosed automobile engine would be hotter than beside a v-twins cylinders. The hottest heat on a Harley engine is at the top near the combustion chamber. You have fuel line running from your tank to the engine now.

DK Custom is a good starting spot. He will sell you exactly what you need if you don't want to rummage thru a hardware store for supplies.

Thanks! You confirmed my thoughts. Have everything but fuel line. Already have Kury 1 3/4" BBolts and Rushmore vent tubes that will connect with a 4 Way. It will vent up into this 1/2" x 2" breather filter that will either be mounted inside the a/c cover or on top of throttle body behind a/c cover, protected from water, debris, bugs...

http://www.autozone.com/external-eng...ter/343541_0_0

Oil crud will drain down from 4 Way. A long length of fuel line with a plug on the end "may" be the catch can. Want to monitor and see how much crud accumulates. If it needs to be drained more often then 5k mile oil change, then will add a catch can.

This setup will keep everything sealed, no oil dripping, and vents. Well, thats the plan as of now

You mention "sealed" and "inside the ac cover". I hope you don't mean sealed tight. And you meant inside the football cover but outside the filter.

You have to vent to atmosphere to keep from blowing seals, and inside the filter defeats the purpose. Just being clear on what you mean, I may have interpreted it wrong.

Uh-oh, I got this idea from a poster here (brilliant idea), but I didn't use high temp tubing. So far it hasn't been a problem, but I'm going to keep my eye on it.

Stealth install...still feeds hot oxygen depleted air into the intake, but better than that Plus oil...make sure that can is vented so you don't end up building pressure in the engine and blowing some gaskets.

Did you read and understand the components involved.

Its vented with an actual breather filter and crud is not dripped to the ground. "Sealed" in a similar way as the stock oem breathers not dripping to the ground and your stock a/c filter venting the breathers/crankcase.
