General tire age question.

Your tires look good and only have 9K on them, does your back tire look that good as well? If it does, I would run them and check them real good after each ride. Like one post said above, you only have 2 tires, how much do you trust them?

On car tires, I'll replace them if they're over 6 years old. On motorcycle tires, I never got to the age factor - they're always worn out in a year or two. But if there are no cracks and they feel all right, I'd keep them on at least until spring. But that's me.

when they get warm they'll grip. I would rather have those than a brand new pair thats been ridden through battery acid, oil, antifreeze and other crap on busy streets or had applications of tire shine jizz put on 'em.
