It took me nearly ten years since I first saw a a RKC in college, but I got mine on Sunday. Here it is on a lonely road off Maryland's Route 4. Its not totally stock...the turn signal covers are smoked, not too tough of a do it yourself project, the key is in the whole lefty loosey, righty tighty concept.

Acetone, Easy Off Over Cleaner, a sharp razor blade or put some ice in a rag and wrap it around the pipe. When it sits for a while and the pipe is cold it will be brittle enough that you may be able to pick it off.

Extreme, Cabbage and Khwatson: So great to see each of your new bikes. Now the fun really begins as the $$ starts dribbling out of your pockets to add bling!

i wouldnt call it dribbling, i would call it a panicked escape of sheckels from the wallet. the cabbage running towards to door at breakneak speed....sorta like it was a who concert in the 70's.

RE: The Official Roadking "Picture" Thread
brand new FLHRC, bought Sunday, posted my pic yesterday and then hit last night. Luckily I was parked, it is only the front fender, and the driver (illegal) has insurance.
I had parked to wait out a brief monsoon and watched the guy back ever closer to my bike, ran out to stop him and....bam. Fender toast.
Insurance buys me a new fender and the trim, and I'll pop out the dent a bit while I wait for the parts to arrive.
