Yup.

The previous owner had it for four or five years and I think he was the only one of its owners who rode the bike. He definitely dragged it through the Factory Accessories catalog, though.

Before I bought my RK , I almost bought that identical bike , the guy was asking more than I would pay , the rootbeer colour is an awesome combination . Some days , I wish I had broke and just bought it , my loss .

Picked up a "new to me" 2012 Classic over the holiday weekend from Maryland. Spent a bunch of $ already on parts that are all "back-ordered"...

Hello all.

First post & thought I'd show my DIY progress : )



How it all started. Shortly after installing Burly Longhorn bars.

Spraying Orange base-coat before the metal flake.

Complete Garden DIY job...

Tank half way there.

All done. Applied gold pin-stripe where the two paints meet.

Putting it back together.

Almost there.

Flake paint is quite boring during a hazy day but my god. The sun brings out an awesome shine !

Paint job is AMAZING! Well done dude! Bars suck, but that's 100% subjective.

Default My '05 Road King Custom with '91 TLE Ultra Sidecar
What a fun, frustrating, but ultimately satisfying project. Love my "new" hack.

2005 Road King Custom with 1991 TLE Ultra did not even need to repaint either. 2005 Black Cherry Pearl is pretty darn close to 1991 Wineberry Pearl.
