Looks like you got oil leeking from your bike dude, I would check that out!!

No K&N filter available yet to switch out with the SE filter only; also not much point in having a huge air intake if the cams / pistons remain the same as to my knowledge the stock motor only takes around 200CFM of air anyhow so the SE will do just fine.

I have bought the V&H exhaust, SE filter kit and use with a V&H fuel pack; this will totally manage the EFI and should not give you any issues at all. IF youre good with tools I am sure these can be installed yourself and not void your warrenty, they are clip on part that ultimately could be removed and put the bike back to stock I guess!

Just got my 07 SG. IGave up my Big Dog Bulldog for a bagger. A completely different world. Gmac...what kind of bars is that on you SG? I need something like that because I have a short reach and I don't want the "Reach Seat" that Harley offers.
