Thanks! Did you choose to replace the back wheel as well - or did you leave it stock? Can't tell with the bags.

Thanks Johnny. I love all the new SGS colors. All of them are winners. Thanks also for the additional bar pictures that you posted. They could be my next mod. Will probably wait til Daytona Bike Week though and maybe sniff out a deal.

 

The good news is that the bars ended up being cheaper than I expected, particularly regarding the install. The bars were $325, plus a twist grip sensor kit for $90. The dealer charged me 4.5 hours of labor but at a discounted rate due to the new purchase. So when all is said and done, I'm into them for less than $800.00. That's literally half of what another dealer quoted me to put these same bars but in 14" on my Road King last summer. Granted, some of that was due to not having to buy extensions this time around. But still feel like I got a pretty good deal when compared to previous bar jobs I've had.

I left the back stock for now since the bags do a good job of covering it. It doesn't bother me like it does some other people.
