Just finished a full repaint and stereo upgrade with Alpine headunit, 6.5" components in inner fairing and 6.5" coaxials in saddlebag lids. New TopShop rear fender and ext Viper cut bags, chopped tour pack with C&C banana pad with matching stitching and Custom Dynamics LED strips. Klockwerks wrapper fender. I really like the outcome.

Just finished putting her back together
Two days of DIY work with my buddy Dave. Of course add the total to powdercoat and paint the fairing and saddlebag extensions and we can say a total of about 4 months. But it all came down to two days of labour of love
Started out like this:

Here is my 2013 SG about a month ago, on the day I got her home from the dealer...had to wait 6 weeks for the snow to melt enough and the roads to clear:
Yea' just a 'plain vanilla' black FLHX with backrest, rack, Rush slip-ons, and SE air cleaner, but she's mine!
Here she is 3 weeks later (notice absence of snow):
Only significant changes are a KlockWerks 6.5" Flare windscreen - which helps a lot with the helmet buffeting, a Mustang Wide Tripper 2-up seat, and the DynoJet PowerVision re-flash to my ECM (which you can't see, but you sure can feel!)
Future plans include: a solo seat, some cat-free head-pipes, conventional rear shocks - might go for 13" to get some increased travel/ground clearance, or might not - and maybe some bars. Who knows? Right now, I'm just shy of my 1K mileage/service and loving this big ole' girl.
