Here it is now all done and back together. 2007 Harley Davidson Street Glide originally in Black Pearl. We replaced the stock side bags with new extended ones which had to be fairly extensively worked over to get them nice and flat. Then sprayed all 16 parts over with the Black Pearl base again. Then laid out the flames with silver base followed by a few coats of House of Kolor Kandy Tangerine. Some small skulls were airbrushed into the apex of each flame lick. Then everything was color sanded and buffed and polished. My boy TJ did all this with only a little help from me in masking, etc. I'm very proud of him! Hope you guys like!

Default My Black Betty

I've been working on all the little details since I got my FLHX since I got her last July like a crazed crack head, I finally feel that she's worthy of getting some recognition. The front wheel is killing me, but I have a PM 6pot caliper for the left side with a Roland Sands Designs 13" platinum domino rotor with a 21" platinum domino wheel and a Klockwerks hugger fender that are going on ASAP, actually I'm just waiting for PM to make the wheel and rotor. I also have some stretched Sinister bags and back fender also to finish her off. But for now I think ol' betty is looking pretty good!

The seat / gunbelt was done by Brett Smith, T Star Leather, Berlin, MD. www.TStarLeather.com And yes, he will make one for you.

I hope this helps and if you need something else just let me know. Good luck! Tony
Tony I've had your bike saved in my phone as motivation for awhile now, what do you think of the inspiration you've given me?

Man !!! You've done an excellent job! You're surpassing anything I've got going on. lmao! I REALLY LIKE YOUR CHOICE FOR THE FRONT WHEEL. That's going to finish that rig off!

Good luck, keep up the good work, and keep us posted with pictures. Tony

Thanks a lot Tony! I too can't wait to finish off that front end more than anything, it was your powder coated front end that started it all for me. I liked your bike cause it was still a rider, not some crazy over the top show bike but a damn fine bike that didn't need to be raked out to look good... I still have another 5 weeks to go before I get my wheel but I will definitely keep you posted. Thanks again Tony

Ostrich, hey I was just studying yours....do you have raked triples on it? If your running a 21" then how did you fit that spoiler type deal on your frame or who makes it?
