Default 2006 Street Glide

I Might invest in Heated Gear! I rode 120 miles today and had to jump in the shower to knock the ice off when I got home. Still, it did alot for my mental place. First time I have rode for a while, winter sucks. I will be going to Laughlin this year in April. As you decend south out of Tonopah it's like leaving the ice age. lol. I guess the gouging the casino's give is a small price to pay? Ride Safe, ZenWee

Default Work in Progress

I fell in love the first time I saw a black Street Glide. But now they are so common I gotta have something different (don't wanna straddle some other dudes ride in the parking lot) so when I pulled the trigger on my first H-D I had to have this.

All black chrome coming: Forks, engine guard, luggage latches, 4 point mount, sissy bar/pad, heat shields, V&H slip ons, controls and SE heavy breather with Power Commander. When I take delivery w the updates I'll repost.

Default 250 tire kit

I'm just wondering if any of you have any pics of a street glide with a 250 rear tire kit. If so please send them my way.

beautiful bike man! i've never been a huge fan of spokes, but they really do set your machine off nicely! those aren't stock tires are they? if not, what size are those?

Yeah, I have had issues with past Spoked wheels and agree they can be more maintenance. These wheels are Landmark Fat Spoke 40 and after two bikes (originally on a Road King) 45k miles so far no problems. The heavier spokes seem to be fairly stout and no flex in the turns.

18" x 4.5 rear Metzeler 150 & 18" x 3.5 front, Metzeler 140
