Hey Bruce what year is the bike in your picture?
The bike looks newer than a ’67. It has disk brakes and the handle bar controls look like a later model. I don’t think they installed disks until somewhere around 1972. The taillight and signals look like they may be from an earlier model.
Also, Believe it or not...... the old girl does not leak any oil.

I wish I still had my 67, and I know my 1980 FXB handles better than my new Road King.
Iam always worried that the new one is out of oil, as it doesn't leave spots in the garage[sm=icon_rofl.gif]

Andrews gears in the trans
Sportster handlebars, because of my short arms. those orginal bars are wide
The tool box was from a panhead, I believe
Painted the bike with AmerFlint II myself
Alot of swap meet parts
Built the bike in my bedroom, I'll see if I can find any of those old pics
It was my first basketcase motorcycle
Really loved that bike..........ALOT of great memories
