Just One Mission
On July 3rd, 2013 (in 90 degree heat with 70%+ humidity) 7 Patriot Guard Riders stood with American flags in hand at the funeral home for over an hour and then went to the cemetery and stood for another hour to honor and pay respect to a man that served in the United States Army from 1966 to 1968. A man whom they did not know nor had never met. The flag line display was truly awe inspiring and heart warming. It brought tears to the families eyes when they arrived at the funeral home to such an amazing sight.
That was my family, our tears, and my dad they came to honor and pay respect to. After the service I personally thanked each one for coming. I now know what the families feel when the Patriot Guard Riders attend a mission. What I felt that day will never be forgotten. Thank You!
Thank You too ALL Patriot Guard Riders for doing what you do.
Thank You to ALL men and women serving in the United States Armed Forces.
