Default Finally, Someone is taking the Rev Phelps and the WBC to the Supreme Court

The father of a slain Marine who had to endure the travesty of Freedom that the WBC hides behind during his fallen Marine son's funeral took the WBC and Rev Phelps to court, won, and then lost the case when it was overturned on a Free Speech issue.

The Supreme Court has agreed to listen to the case.

Mr. Snyder's website for his son, and his Facebook site are reporting that Bill O'Reilly of FoxNews has agreed to pay all of the legal fees to fight these idiots!!!

My thoughts and prayers go out to this father, and his cause.

Somebody has to take them on, one way or the other. I don't want to see free speech be curtailed, but this crosses every line I know of. Somebody needs to get their attention. The Supreme Court sounds like the one to do it, but this could go the wrong way, badly. God knows we don't need that. Fred Phelps is no Christian, and I wish he wasn't an American either. Deport the SOB to somewhere, anywhere. Drop him off in Iran somwhere.

Yeah, this guy makes my blood boil. I'm not PGR but would love to ride with the groups that go to drown out his protests with sweet v-twin music.

Membership is free. Go to the website and sign up. I did. Even if you never get the chance to go on a Mission, having the numbers will help "people" like Phelps and his crew change their minds about showing up at places where the PGR is scheduled to be. Show them (the WBC and other like them) how many of us do not approve of what they are doing.
