Wreaths Across America this weekend.

Anyone else participating?

VA District 4 is participating at Amelia Veterans’ Cemetery.

Yep,, Here in Idaho there is at least 4 or more happening at the same time Saturday. I'll only be able to one at our East Idaho State Veterans Cemetery in Blackfoot Idaho.

We are meeting the transport rig today, unloading/loading the wreaths and transporting to a staging location.

Unloaded four trailers yesterday. Just under 20,000 wreaths. Today is family day, tomorrow open to the public. Most of the wreaths are being laid today due to the bad weather coming tomorrow. Traffic is a mess...

Weather here will be cold, but little snow. We have had a lot of wind here this year also. The one we did last year was in a snow storm. We had almost a foot of fresh snow, this year about 3".

Just saw the stats for Arlington National Cemetery for 2021.

150,000 wreaths placed. 😳 🇺🇸

Our San Diego PGR participate in WAA at Miramar National Cemetery. There were many volunteer organization, such as Scouts, Involved in placing wreaths. We were there for logistics support. Placed 14,000 wreaths at Miramar. I’ll post pictures in a few days.
