every year the MRF puts on 3 meetings, a chance to get together and learn what is going on throughout the u.s. on a state and national level. with break out sessions where one can learn almost all you need to know to be the most effective in your state. be it lobbying, bill writing, working with your city council, to how to better run your own mro/smro, motorcycle saftey, exct.
