Got to agree with chiabate on this it’s a way to get rid of motorcycles and atvs. We got people in the government that know what’s best for us. And are willing to blackmail states into passing the laws they want by withholding federal funds. The thing are now the states need the money.

what was the voluntary standard that was agreed to tho? i'm leanin to the belief that the industry got blindsided by the pro's. just anutha example of ****ty law writing and the fringe groups playing the law.
i think it'll work itself out.

They, (our government), have outlawed ATV's & motorbikes for kids. Not because they are dangerous to ride, BUT, because some kid might be tempted to lick or eat the lead battery terminals!!!!!
Cut sales possibilites for 13000 dealers just to start!
Thought we were supposed to be encouraging sales of goods!
Our government at work...
What's next?
Go to my thread: "Oppose the youth bike/ATV ban!"
Missouri state Representative Tom Self is driving a petition to oppose this silly ban. Click on the link, then scroll to the bottom of Rep. Self's home page and sign on. Or, just do it here.www.tomself.com
