RE: Refused Service at Wendy's Drive Up
Right on! This is the attitude that a business should take. The wider you can make your customer base, the deeper you will make your profit margin. By finding a way to serve all of your customers you breed loyalty and are rewarded with repeat and referred business. This is how a manager or leader should think. After reading that post I hope that Arby's does take over Wendys.

I've gotta a feeling that this is a policy of either the one person at the order window or of that store only. Legally they can't discriminate against a legal motor vehicle if the rider is behaving himself. It would be fun if you had the time and money to take the bastards to court and educate them. On the other hand, a petition by a group politely worded might well change their minds. On the other hand, why should I eat there at all? Politely let them know that, too, and cc the corporate office.
