I dont have heated gear yet either but once I ask enough questions and learn what to buy I will start.For now I will just bundle up like the Stay-Puff marshmallowman.

You keep the core warm, and everything else stays warm. I've got a pair of Firstgear overpants that are worn when it's cold. A pair of chaps for when it's chilly... but don't keep the "fellers" warm when it's cold.
Dual controller clips on the jacket. You can controll the heat to the jacket and the gloves seperately. The gloves stay full hot, the jacket will ROAST YOU on full up!
Your gonna hafta confer with ol' Hubbs about the heated panties. Maybe he's got a secret!
