doesnt do a whole lotta good but I just moved from there out to Utah with work but plan on getting back that way quite often...these folks out here just dont have the southern hospitality i was raised with/around...and sweet tea doesn't exist

 

Not from Elberton, just pass through it getting to the hunting lease. Hunt just outside of Tignell. Life seems to be a rush here,get down there and after a couple of days life is so much slower. Wife says I drive 10mph slower while I'm down there, just not in a hurry to get nowhere.

 

I live in Lavonia, about 30 miles from Elberton We just moved here from Florida last month and we love it. You are certainly correct about the hospitality. I think I have alreay gained 10 pounds from the awesome home cooked food at the small restaraunts, the BBQ is great!
