Carol,

Ken, Mary and Michael are meeting at my house at 11a, which is in the neighborhood behind Hartmans shop. We are going to ride down to the Waffle House at 575 and 20 next to the Ihop, the new Waffle House, then head back to the Kroger at E Cherokee and 20.

I can tell ya this. I'd a been wearin' a neckbrace for weeks after I'd done it!

Won't never be one of you "tough guys," hafta be behind a shield of some sort.
Never around here for that long, just idle around here, have to let off the throttle to make turns. That full face is a windshield, just a little confining....lol

Must be a mechanic thing...just seen the same jiberish....lol
Things that was learned in Ocala, shame it has to stay there.

I'm with Paul, don't care for the bizzillion bike ride sort of thing. I did the March of Dimes ride several years ago and what a zoo. Just like Paul said, all over the place, weaving in and out, fast...slow..fast, must have been the same riders at the M of D ride. I'll cruise on up and do some serious lurking.

Carol - Dawn, Johnny, Michael, Mary, and I are having breakfast/lunch at the Waffle House on GA 20 at I-575, about 10 minutes west of the one at East Cherokee. We figured the WF at the ride site would be too crowded. We're meeting at 11:30, if Judi wants to meet us there.

Ha ha ha.... yeah, I did that too with my Android phone. I have over 100 of these cards printed out (business card size) and I thought that any of the crew that wanted to help could each take a small stack and hand them out to folks you end up chatting with at the toy run.

The FL Crew does stickers, but (for now) a little cheaper to print the business cards in order to get the word out about our forum space. So many iPhones and Androids out there, the QR Code is a very simple way to communicate quickly.

I won't be surprised if folks from the toy run scan the card and then hand them back to you.

So, we've tested the cross-platform compatibility now, too... Sweet!

Heck yeah, I'll hand some out! The vast majority of the riders there will be from fairly close by, I would think... I'll probably be walking around looking at bikes anyway.

The QR code was a really great idea, Paul. I'm seeing those things everywhere... in print ads, store windows, shelf displays, etc. Very "2012".
