Here we go......
1. Test ride - about 15 miles - I'm sold on the RK.
2. Do the deal dance - after the customary sashay at the salesman's desk we get to a win-win.
3. You know - about 2 hours of paperwork and jawing around.
4. Ready to leave (take picture you saw) and the f**king Minnesota skies open up in a downpour. Ride 25 miles home then in light rain.
5. Park bike in garage where it still sits until tomorrow's sunny skies. *****.
However,
A. The new HO 103 is very much to my liking compared to my 96 stage one on the Ultra. WIN
B. I love the lighter feel of the bike w/o all the extra mass around me. WIN
C. What opportunity I had to feel out the brakes - I think the linked ABS is good, and seems to coordinate naturally. Should be no problem.
D. Leaving tomorrow with my better half on a 2.5 day jag. Gonna know more then. So far no buyers remorse and lack of batwing OK. Why they call it the King.....right?

Son......you may want to have them looked at (held/fondled) by the appropriate (female) medical personal. Likely covered by insurance.
