I read the Road Trips threads often. You know, vicarious riding. One of my greatest trips ever was from Reno,NV to Southern CA via Highway 395 through the high sierras. Incredible.

Our "retirement trip" was to be from here to BC, Down to San Diego, Over to Key West, Up to New Brunswick and home. We got as far as REd Wood City CA when we crashed! END OF TRIP!! That would have taken us through Big Bend!
