Thanks for the invitation Mike, Ya just never know. I usually take a couple of run by myself each year just to get away for a while and enjoy the country. I might turn up one of these days!

I still have plans to head to FLA and check out that property I mentioned earlier this year and things have settled down now so it's back on the market.
