Chops..Light dusting of Hy's seasoning, sear both sides, then wrap in tin foil with your favorite BBQ sauce and slow cook till done.

Used to shoot a traveling trap league in the late 60's, I used a basic 870 as that's all I could afford.
We shot a team one afternoon that was definity in a higher income class than us blue collars, they turned out to be pretty nice guys and about half way through I mentioned to one of the shooting who had a perazzi if I remember right, custom fancy wood case and all, that I thought it'd be nice to be able to shoot one of them and could only be a better shooter.

He mentioned he had a wall full of trophies and 95% of them were won with a Wingmaster 870, skill wins over fancy guns, I learnt that day.

Finally gave up trap as pistols interested me more and started shooting bullseye, then USPSA/ISPC and anything else I could, like steel shoots, bowling pins, etc

btw, those interested in airplanes, a friend just sent me this, maybe take a look.
Stuff I've never seen a plane do.

Should be the 2014 Cameron Airshow.

Mornin, Woods, Woodettes, lurkers, trap shooters and pork chop fans. The chops were great. Different from the usual Worcestershire, garlic marinade. Used the peppercorn, wrapped 'em with bacon, sprinkled a hint of garlic and some pepper. 5 minutes on each side then off the direct heat for 12 mins each side. Back to the direct heat for 1 minute each side to crisp the bacon. Cold pasta salad for a side. Brrrrp....

Edit: cooked at very low heat
