So I'm driving home, and some douche nozzle with a kayak hanging 4' out of the back of his truck, cuts me off. I honk the horn, then his dog jumps out the window, does a face plant and rolls across the street. The driver keeps driving. I pull over to help the dog and the driver comes back and goes off on me for honking my horn and scaring his dog. What the hell is wrong with people?!?!?!?!

Don't get me wrong, feel bad about the dog, but I didn't cause this chain reaction of events.

Good on ya for havin compassion for the dog ,he just did what dogs do. As for the driver, head up his..... Hope it didn't end in a donibrook !

Yep, dog did what dogs do. That's why the windows should NOT be all the way down!!!
