By just quoting her post it brought up everything she had put in it.
Quick reply is a basic mode that doesn't give you access to some of the posting options such as emoticons.
New Reply puts you into an advanced mode that makes all options available to you.

It's just disgusting and unfortunately it appears to the general public that very little is being done.
And of course that would just spark more riots.....
It's just so hard to figure out where the lines are today, some things (like this) are acceptable, but then making a verbal comment about a "special" group of people can land you in jail. I just don't get it.
