Russ your leg muscles are still very weak and will be for a bit. After all it's a lot of trauma they have gone through. I couldn't lift my leg in a horizontal manner enough to get it up on the couch with out help for about 1.5 weeks and even then it was a cast iron bitch.
Slow and steady wins the race buddy!

Yep, although I haven't been seeing turkeys in the numbers I did last year I'm sure they're still around.
Plenty of yodel pups that can blast if they get a chance!

My property is covered in turkeys and every few years I get a wild hair and take one but I hate cleaning them. In fact, I'd rather clean a deer or hog than a turkey.

There ain't much good on them except the breast anyway OS. Skin it and cut it off then toss the rest is what I do, then deep fry that sucker. I guess you have the Rios around there.
