Wow, those are nice sizes. We tried growing Jalapeņos but they were about 2-3" long only. A worker of mine has a huge green house and he does well. Our growing season are just too short for your sizes.

Yep. We grow several types for varying dishes, purposes. Once you learn to make home made salsa you'll throw rocks at the crap served in restaurants.

Tim, next time you're gonna grill outdoors try this, delicious. Get several pablano peppers, look for ones that are flatter. Throw them on grill long enough to turn the skin dark. Take them in, run them under cold water and peel off the skin. Slit them open, remove veins and seeds. Stuff with shrimp, sprinkle a little garlic and top with cheese. Close them up, put in foil and throw them on the grill while you cook your main dish.
