Maybe so, but those look like ribs a sausages to me. You should try slow smoking those tri tips. 175-200* for 6+ hours.hard to do on a grill though.

Fozzy,
The first prerequisite is that you watch it on a 60" 3d television.
The second is that you have to pass that television on to a deserving member ( hint hint )
The third is that you never show your ugly ( presumably ) mug in this thread again.
