Sounds like the compensator testing is going well. Much better than the gasket testing?

That is still a lot of expectation to live up to.

Yes it is. After all the adjustments its pretty dialed in. It does vibrate more than the SE one does but that is the nature of this comp and I think has a lot to do with the softail engine being hard mounted to the frame, hardly any oil in my primary and 124" displacement. I heard its very smooth in the normal bikes. As soon as testing is done I will be changing out the head gaskets.

Maybe that slackard, Florida going MarkWood needs to run one in a 96 to check it out?

Hmmm, I'm no expert, but I am gonna guess that with the Softail frame that already eats through tires and the extra power you got, that's about right.

If it makes you feel any better, I had 9k on my Dyna when it needed a new tire and a little less than that on my Fat Boy before it needed one.

Now on the King, got around 11k before I must've road over something and it went flat.

Never owned a softtail. Their frame design tends to eat through tires? Or is it the driver? Ha

The 200mm softails sure eat tires. Stock Dunflop ill get about 5000 miles out of it. Michelin Commander II ill get 9-10.

But now that ill have a car it wont be so bad.

I believe there are a few testing it in stock bikes. I think I have one of the more extreme test bed bikes.

Morning Woods! Well here we go again with the ice and snow. 5" on the ground here so far and still falling. Northern KY has about 14".

I love it! They say that guy is responsible for more than a dozen robberies. Too bad she didn't kill his dumb ***. Courts probably won't do much with him...

I've never owned one either although I sure am looking around right now. Maybe that's part of the reason I've heard them called "Slop tails"??
