My dog does not like the cold, but she does like beer!

 

We have 3 Corgis. Two of them always have a sip of wine with Momma, the other one could care less.

 

As you can see she gets on Mama's lag a drags that bottle to her. She has a good grip on it too and won't let go. Is there such a thing as "Doggie AA" ? "Hi my name is Muki and I am a doggieholic"

Mornin Greg.....still winter here..

 

Mornin, Greg. Been distracted this morning with some family history stuff. Somehow I became the unofficial family historian about 20 years ago. Got a call out of the blue yesterday from a relative on my Dad's side. Guy is 92 years of age and sharp as a tack. Talked my ear off but was interesting and asked if I could email him some info and he'd share what he has.

Looking back, I sure wish I could have gotten some of the stuff written down from the old folks in my family.
I can remember a lot of the stories that were told, but not a lot of the names.
They're all gone, and have been for years.
My wife and I are now the "old folks" of the family.
