find a nice neighbor with a pool... tell em you will stir it up daily so the pool stays cleaner.....

All I can tell ya Russ is, I haven't been in ours for probably 20 years....But I get to take care of it!!
Weigh the cost and time spent on upkeep...increased home ins. costs..the fact that generally homes with pools are harder to sell.....against how much enjoyment/use you are going to get out of it.
Don't get me wrong, it was a good move when we put it in.....The kids were little, and they were in it at every waking moment. Never had to look far for them cause they were always in or near the pool. Over the years though, the use is less and less till now....it's unused far more than it is used....but the upkeep costs are still the same!!
