Tell them you have to keep it for health reasons.

Any day is a good day for a ride, but Monday through Thursday works best for me. Less traffic on most of the back roads, motels are usually cheaper than on weekends.
Of course, it helps that I'm retired and have no schedule to keep. I got to like mid-week rides while I was working rotating shifts, which gave me days off in the middle of the week all the time.

Man, you'll break my wife's heart. After her stroke she fixated on 'that black dog that's doing that thing to the pink panther'. Every time I would fire up the computer I would have to track you down for her. After she went in the home she saw a nurse working one of those patient monitor things - she had to tell me those computers weren't any good 'cos they didn't have the black dog and pink panther.

Made my day with that , so happy something simple helped your wife

Pack of Peckerwoods work for a name? We need to select a President who will be called the Big Pecker. Suggestions for other nicknames are welcomed but I am certain no one wants the monicker 'Tiny'.

No sense havin' a territory war with the group in the east. I say we get this Peckerwood group organized and patch them over.
