Back from kubbing on this beautiful 73 degree day. Good news about Gail from Ken. Discovering Red Lobster isn't seafood and awaiting the revelation as to what it might be.

I'm not sure what it is, but after having eaten real seafood, that isn't it. MHO, of course.
Doesn't help that I'm not a seafood fan, though.

Afternoon checkers and stretchers....
They had the OL up and sitting in a recliner today.... teaching her how to get out of bed on one leg with one arm and sitting in a recliner. Simple therapy muscle movements.... I will be headed back down there around 6 pm, I had to get out of there for a while....
