Do they still have the lizard heads painted on the rocks at Trona on 178 ? We used to pass them all the time on the way to Ridgecrest from Death Valley, Had to go there for DMV etc , Got buzzed by a F-16 on the hwy and I could look across at the pilot and he waved sware to god !

We were in the old chevy wagon with the kids, damn near ran off the road the noise scared the sheet out of ya ! They used to fly thru Badwater too so they could join the club ! Flew my F-16 below sea level !
Those guys would come over from Vegas and drive the one lone CHIP officer and the rangers nuts !
