There was some sarcasm there.
Bulls on public land are a different critter than bulls on private land. They also know when hunting season starts, and promptly disappear. You will NEVER see a bull in the open like that during any type of hunting season.
This was my best bull, taken on public land in Colorado, with a bow. No guide but me.....
